Modern Problems in Construction
The aim of the research is a mathematical simulation of an experimental installation of a complex multilayer plate heat exchanger with deep heat recovery from waste gases and ventilation emissions with simultaneous heating of the supply air and generation of thermoelectricity. The methods of computer simulation in the Solidworks software environment with the Flow simulation package is considered.
Applying mathematical tools, the study presents a method for intensifying the heat transfer coefficient by turbulators installed on a ribbed flat wall. As a result of the study, an optimal mathematical and computer model of a complex multilayer plate heat exchanger was obtained.
The process of development of the fuel and energy and housing and utilities sectors of the Russian Federation is associated with the problems of energy conservation and environmental safety. The basics of calculating heat transfer through a layer of substances are presented in [1–3]. The solutions of the problems of heat transfer through multilayer plates, through the layers of substances bounded by walls with heat release in the layer are presented and analyzed.
